The course
By following the complete pregnancy course you will be prepared for childbirth and breastfeeding. The course costs €179.
There is room for questions and interaction with other pregnant women. On the 3rd evening, the partners are very welcome at the partner evening.
The importance of breathing is practiced at the end of lessons 1 & 2. But it is not a 'puffing course'. The 4th lesson is the breastfeeding lesson.
